As an established provider of high-quality training for primary care practices and staff, we’re excited to expand our offer into leadership and organisational development—supporting individuals, teams and systems to be the very best they can be.

We specialise in compassionate leadership, collaborative leadership, and leadership for personalised care. This work is led by our Associate Director, Catherine Wilton, and delivered by a highly experienced team of specialist associates with deep knowledge of health, care, and community systems. Together, we design leadership development experiences that are tailored to the goals, values, and realities of the organisations we work with—helping leaders at all levels thrive in increasingly complex environments.

Our leadership offer includes:

In addition to our bespoke work, we are proud to host the Leadership for Personalised Care programme on behalf of In Control Partnerships. Formerly based within NHS England, this suite of programmes has supported hundreds of leaders to work across boundaries and put what matters to people at the centre of care, since 2012. Leadership for Personalised care brings together a vibrant, proactive community of leaders who are committed to radical reform in health and care.
