This course is not suitable for Healthcare Assistants, Assistant Practitioners or other non-registered healthcare professionals. 

Delegates must attend both dates to complete the course.  There is also an online assessment to complete; please ensure sufficient time is allocated to complete this after the second live teaching session.  

The assessment will be required after the second teaching session and should be submitted before 5pm that day.  Please allow up to an hour to complete the online assessment. 

This course will be presented virtually and registered delegates will be sent learning materials and virtual meeting details in advance of the course via email. 

These are interactive teaching sessions and it is expected that delegates will be in a quiet environment in which they can use a camera and a microphone to communicate with the rest of the group.  Inability to communicate with others during the sessions may lead to the course not being successfully completed. 

If you no longer require your place on this course place cancel it so that there is availability for other delegates.  To cancel a booking please log into your Learning and Development Centre account, go to the Centre course list and click on the orange box next to the course name.  

All delegates must have their own booking made through the Learning and Development Centre website to join the meeting.  The name on your Zoom account should be recognisable as the name on your booking.  If we cannot identify delegates they may not be admitted to the session, or certificates may not be issued after the event.
