Learning and Development Centre Membership

Learning and Development Centre operates a membership scheme with an annual subscription charge. Membership of Learning and Development Centre provides members with a wide range of benefits as follows:

• Access to any of our courses (including full/half day, lunchtime and evening meetings) at a reduced price or even free of charge for some events (non-members will be charged a higher fee to attend). We offer a wide range of multi-professional training events that are developed and delivered relevant to your locality across Devon, providing you with an excellent opportunity for networking and the sharing of good practice. • Free monthly Masterclasses focussed on different subject areas, with presentations and workshops on a range of different topics relevant to each subject area. Subjects covered have included Respiratory, Mental Health, Diabetes, Dermatology, Cardiovascular and Sexual Health and more are being added all the time.
• Free regular Forums with educational updates and guest speakers focussing on local and national developments and issues.
• Weekly newsletters and updates on local and national policies, evidence based practice and forthcoming events.
• Access to extensive resources, including PowerPoint presentations and resources from training courses.
• Help with organising your educational events.

Cost

We aim to keep the membership scheme simple and good value for money. Membership will entitle members to free or reduced fee training.

For a 12 month period the membership fee will be £35 (incl. VAT) per person.
